15-Day Return Window
We offer a standard evaluation period for all our customers. We accept return and refund requests within 15 days of your order delivery date. This gives you sufficient time to check your items. Please note that any request initiated after this 15-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria
- Opened or Used Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product has been opened, used, or the safety seal is tampered with, we cannot accept it back for resale. However, we want you to find what works for you. In these cases, you will receive 100% store credit equal to the product price (excluding original shipping fees) which you can use for any future purchase on our website.
- Unopened and Sealed Items: Products that remain in their original, pristine condition with all seals intact are eligible for a full monetary refund. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Please note that a restocking and handling fee of Rs. 1500 per item will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Orders: We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund without any restocking fees.
