I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing and production time. Our team in Pakistan works diligently to ensure your order is packed securely before it is handed over to our courier partners.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

For orders within Pakistan, we primarily use reliable local couriers such as TCS, Leopards, or M&P. Average transit times within major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) are 2 - 3 business days. For other cities and remote areas, please allow 3 - 5 business days. Please note that circumstances out of our control—such as strikes, extreme weather, or public holidays—may cause unforeseen delays. While we strive for timely delivery, the final transit process is the responsibility of the shipping company.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. If the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to cancel it. To cancel, please send an email to herbimax90@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL" and include your order ID.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled your address or provided an incorrect contact number, please notify us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting us via WhatsApp at 0305-3527890. We can correct the details within 24 hours. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination. In such cases, you will need to coordinate with the courier service directly. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We pack every order with extra padding and care to withstand transit. However, if your product arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours. You will need to provide your order number and a clear photo or video of the damaged product. Once verified, we will be happy to send out a replacement free of charge.
