Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrollment in the Program
  • To begin enrollment, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program application.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
  • You agree to market and promote our products in a lawful, ethical, and honest manner.
  • You must not make false, misleading, or unapproved claims about our products.
  • You must not use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive advertising practices.
  • You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with local consumer protection and digital marketing guidelines.
3. Prohibited Practices
  • Keyword Bidding Restriction: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on our brand terms, trademarks, or variations/misspellings in any pay-per-click (PPC) or paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, etc.).
  • You may not use domains, subdomains, usernames, or social handles that misrepresent or imply ownership of our brand.
  • You may not list our brand on coupon, deal, or discount sites without prior written approval.
  • You may not use our brand name or any misspelling in URLs, display names, or social media bios without written consent.
4. Commissions & Payments
  • Affiliates earn commissions on qualified sales tracked via their unique referral link.
  • Commission rates and payout schedules are shown in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated at any time.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or deny commissions for orders deemed fraudulent, canceled, returned, in violation of these Terms, or not legitimate.
  • Payments are made in PKR via the payment method provided in your affiliate dashboard (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash).
5. Term & Termination
  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
  • Upon termination, all rights granted to you under the Program will immediately cease. You must remove all related promotional materials, links, and content.
  • Any outstanding legitimate commissions earned before termination will be paid on the next payment cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
  • You may only use trademarks, images, and content provided or approved by us.
  • All rights, titles, and interests in our intellectual property remain with our company.
  • Unauthorized use of brand assets may result in termination and legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising out of your participation in the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
